CWT’s Data & Analytics practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the company make informed business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and contribute to real projects.

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, statistics and AI/ML functionality.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights using software like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Support the data analytics team in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.
Help preparing reports and presentations, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, finance, operations) to support business initiatives with data-driven insights.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.
Conduct ad hoc analyses as required by the team.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, exposure to cloud data modeling in Azure/Fabric environment is a plus.
Background in developing machine learning and AI agents and AI frameworks is highly appreciated.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and pay attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to present data insights clearly.
A passion for data and an eagerness to learn.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Seniors in an undergraduate program and PhD candidates are also considered for this position
The internship is expected to begin in Summer 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start date based on candidate availability and eligibility
