Staffing Account Executive

Cypress Employment is looking for an Account Executive- Staffing for it's Mobile, AL location.

This position is in office only- no remote.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Account Executive who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and is driven to succeed through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of sales calls daily, both in-person and by phone
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Attend networking events during business hours and after hours as needed
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospects
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, initiative-driven work style
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proven stamina and resilience in a high-volume sales environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Experience with in-person sales calls required
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
