Role and Responsibilities

As a Palletizer, you will operate reach trucks to safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse, supporting timely order fulfillment and inventory management. You will play a critical role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations during the 4th shift.

• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation and stacking of products by operating reach trucks.
• Comply with safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Offer aid in loading and unloading operations as necessary.
• Assist in effective inventory management by accurately handling material placement and retrieval.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to facilitate the coordination of workflow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience operating reach trucks or forklifts preferred.
• Skill to work efficiently during a 12-hour fourth shift on the weekend, specifically on Friday nights through Sunday mornings, starting at 5:00 PM and ending at 5:30 AM.
• Vigilant adherence to warehouse procedures to uphold safety standards.
• Proficiency in working effectively in a constantly evolving, automated warehouse environment.
• Possessing great communication and teamwork competencies for successful collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive compensation of $19 per hour along with a $3.00 shift differential for undertaking duties during the 4th shift.
