Job Summary of Health Insurance Agent
The opportunity involves assisting customers in discovering customized life insurance solutions using a hybrid sales strategy that includes both virtual and in-person interactions. Extensive training, access to top-notch leads, and ongoing mentorship will be provided to support candidates' long-term success and earnings potential.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Health Insurance Agent:
- Communicate with potential leads to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Manage client holdings to secure the longevity of policy retention and renewals.
- - Schedule and carry out appointments with provided leads.
- Join in regular training sessions, coaching conversations, and performance assessments to improve competencies.
- Sustain detailed records in the corporate CRM system and provide timely feedback on client engagements.
Qualifications and Experience of Health Insurance Agent:
- Revealing a sturdy self-motivation and the ability to perform tasks independently.
- Primary technology skills essential for virtual meetings, CRM systems, and digital tool applications.
- Excited to acquire new skills, open to mentorship, and excellent in interpersonal interactions.
- Sales expertise not obligatory; support for licensing available through a fast-tracked process.
- If not already in possession, a license must be acquired, and individuals must be of at least 18 years old to proceed.
