As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll help our youngest learners explore, discover, and grow through play and connection. You'll create meaningful learning moments while ensuring each child feels safe, loved, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, developmentally appropriate daily activities
- Provide nurturing care that supports emotional and physical growth
- Encourage exploration through sensory play, music, and movement
- Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom
- Partner with parents through open, positive communication
- Follow Alabama DHR licensing standards and KinderKids best practices
- High school diploma or GED required (CDA or Early Childhood coursework preferred)
- Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- A warm, patient, and dependable personality with a genuine love for children
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
