What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Direct and supervise crews performing technical work in public service and utilities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during operations
Coordinate daily activities and schedules for crew members

Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by crew members or the public

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Crew Chief, Public Service Worker III, or Equipment Operator II or III
Valid driver's license from the state of residence
Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work
Strong leadership and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in public service or utility management
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
Familiarity with local infrastructure and community needs
Previous supervisory experience in a related field
