Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Carpenter role located in Mobile, AL. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing our residential carpentry, concrete, hardscape , and erosion control projects while ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining project schedules. Daily tasks will include framing, finish carpentry, concrete work, grounds work, and the use of power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks. The role also involves supervising team members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry tasks
• Experience with Framing and structural project components
• Experience Pouring and Finishing Concrete and Hardscapes
• Expertise in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory roles are advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
