Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Realtor role based in Mobile, AL. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as conducting property tours and evaluating market conditions to provide guidance on pricing. You will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a professional network and stay updated on local real estate trends.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong Sales and negotiation abilities to facilitate property transactions
• Proficient in market analysis and real estate trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting client and company goals
• A proven track record of successful property transactions is an advantage
