About the Role

Soliant is seeking three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join school teams in Mobile, Alabama for the 2025–2026 school year. These are onsite positions providing support to K–8 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students under SLP supervision.
Assist with progress monitoring, documentation, and IEP implementation.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Participate in team meetings and follow school policies and therapy schedules.

Qualifications

Active Alabama SLPA license required (must be registered with the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology).
School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to work onsite at assigned schools.
