OBGYN Opportunity- Mobile AL area

We are seeking an OBGYN for a group practice opportunity in the Mobile, AL area.

• 8 physicians
• Retiring Physician. This position is to replace him.
• Potential income in 3rd year $500K.
• 401K, medical, dental and vision + life insurance
• Prefer a new grad
• Not willing to sponsor a visa
• MD only
• Full time
• American trained
• Well functioning group
• Making 90% of MGMA. They work really hard and want a team player.
• Partners are friends
• No one has left in the past 3 years
• Practice opened in 1950s
• Only large OBGYN practice in West Mobile, a growing area
• Deliver 90% of babies at one Hospital
• Delivered 1,300 babies last year
• Very established group, excellent reputation
• Quality metric demonstrate above
• Each MD will have one RN and one MA, three exam rooms
• Need to see 20 - 40 patients per day
• Surgery in the morning or at lunch
• EMR: Greenway
• In office lab, mamo, dexa
• Typical day: surgery from 7 - 9 a.m., round on own patients, 9 - 12 office, lunch: c sections or minor cases, 2 - 5 p.m. office
• Everyone has one week day off
• Call 1:6
• OBGYN only, no weight loss, pellets, or cosmetics
• Cover only one hospital
• All MDs take same call
• New patients per month: 213 GYN and 124 OB
• Every MD in this group was a Chief Resident, not madatory but speaks to the quality of the person they want to hire
