• Fulfill functions in a variety of departments, encompassing Further Processing, Whole Bird Packing, and other designated sections.
• Engage in processing goods while guaranteeing quality and safety protocols are followed.
• Carry out duties near cutting tools as required.
• Function on the production line while exposed to a mix of warm, cold, or wet environments.
• Consistently follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies for all activities.

Qualifications and Experience of Operations Associate:

• Aptitude for accomplishing rigorous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to handle job responsibilities in fluctuating temperatures and environments.
• Although it is preferred, having prior experience in production or manufacturing is not a prerequisite.
