We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Construction Specialist to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience across multiple construction trades—from drywall and painting to flooring, carpentry, and more—we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver top-quality results on residential projects. Your day-to-day may include:

Performing skilled work in multiple trades: drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general repairs.
Reading and following project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in general construction or multiple trades (drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and basic personal tools.
