We are seeking an individual who brings the ability to produce and bring energy to manage our job sites and various trades people. We need an adaptable, personable, and proactive team leader to own this position.

The Lead Carpenter will have the ability to per perform all tasks of a finish carpenter including installation of cabinets, countertops, running trims (base, chair rail, crown moldings, door and window casings). Must have a strong commitment to job site safety including maintaining a clean jobsite at all times. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you will thrive in this work environment. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is experienced and truly enjoys providing superior quality to their work.

The Carpenter will be responsible for framing, finish carpentry, and cabinet and drywall installation. Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite and vehicle. Maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager and other associates.
